ABOUT THE EVENT
For the past two decades, the Balser Symposium has been Atlanta's premier gathering for professional advisors looking to hone their charitable planning skills, grow their network, and better serve their philanthropic clients.
Each year, a nationally recognized expert in philanthropic advising leads an engaging discussion on emerging trends and technical issues - from planned giving to complex and illiquid gifts - providing valuable and practical insights.
The Symposium honors Jack Balser, who, for 13 years, served as Endowment Director of Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. Through Jack’s efforts, thousands of donors and advisors have been educated about the importance of planned giving in philanthropy, and the number of planned gifts in the community grew dramatically - making incredible impact on our city.
Join us as we celebrate the program's 20th anniversary!
